CITStip is a funding-desk service for independent and small-group auto dealers. We read every deal's lender conditions, flag exactly which stip is missing, chase the customer and F&I until it lands, and hand your office a clean, lender-ready packet — so contracts-in-transit stop aging and floorplan interest stops ticking.
Free audit: send your current unfunded deals list — get a deal-by-deal blocker map back in 48 hours. No contract, no obligation.
A deal doesn't make the store a dollar until the lender funds it. Between the signature and the funding wire sits the stip chase — and that's where deals quietly bleed.
Proof of income, proof of residence, ID, signatures, lender conditions — each one verified on its own timeline, often only after the lender kicks the packet back.
Every day a contract sits in transit, interest accrues on a car you've already sold. A lot full of aging CIT is a lot full of quiet losses.
Until funding lands, the deal is paperwork — not revenue. F&I and the office chase documents between every other job they have, and follow-up falls through the cracks.
Run your own numbers. This estimates the floorplan interest carried by deals sitting unfunded — using your figures, right in your browser.
No new software for your team to learn. You send the list; we run the chase.
Email or text us your current contracts-in-transit — deal numbers, buyers, lenders. That's the whole onboarding for the free audit.
Takes minutesWe read each deal against its lender's conditions and map exactly what's blocking funding — which stip, whose court it's in, and how long it's been sitting.
Free audit deliverableTemplated follow-up sequences work the customer and F&I until each stip lands. Every packet is QC'd against the lender's conditions before it goes back — complete, in order, fundable.
Ongoing serviceThe unglamorous work between "sold" and "funded," owned end to end.
You are the desk, the office, and the chase. CITStip gives you a funding department without hiring one — every stip worked daily until the deal funds.
Multiple rooftops, one aging report. See which store, which lender, and which stip type is slowing funding across the group.
You sold the deal — you shouldn't spend your day calling customers for pay stubs. We work the stip list; you work the next deal.
Packets arrive at your desk complete and QC'd against the lender's conditions, with a clear list of anything still outstanding and who owes it.
We're onboarding a small first group of stores. Start with the free audit — the pilot decision comes after you've seen your own blocker map.
One deal funded a week sooner can cover the month. The free CIT audit comes first either way — if your blocker map doesn't show real money sitting unfunded, don't hire us.
Send us your current list of unfunded deals — deal numbers, lenders, and what's already been collected. Within 48 hours you get a blocker map: for every deal, exactly which stip or lender condition is outstanding, whose court it's in, and how long it's been aging.
No contract and no obligation. If the map shows money worth chasing, we'll talk about the pilot. If it doesn't, keep the map.
Short for "stipulation" — the documents and conditions a lender requires before funding: proof of income, proof of residence, ID, insurance, signatures, and deal-specific conditions. Stips traditionally take anywhere from 2 to 14 days to collect and verify, and the deal doesn't fund until every one is cleared.
Short, polite, templated sequences — a text or call that names the one document needed, why the lender needs it, and the easiest way to send it (a photo of the document works for most stips). We stop the moment the document lands, and your store's name is on every message, not ours.
Deal jackets contain sensitive personal information, and we treat them that way. We work on a minimum-necessary basis: the free audit needs only your unfunded-deals list — deal numbers, lender, and what's outstanding. We don't need your customers' ID or income documents to build the blocker map.
Once you're a client, documents move through a secure portal only — never personal email or text threads — access is limited to the people working your deals, and your store's data is never shared, sold, or used for anything except funding your deals. Full details, including how our Bland AI calling and texting handles data, are in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
No — it unloads them. Your team still sells, contracts, and owns the customer relationship. We take the repetitive follow-up: tracking conditions, requesting documents, assembling and QC'ing the packet, and keeping the aging list current.
Whoever is on your deals. We work from each lender's own condition sheet for that deal — no integration or lender approval needed to start. If a lender adds conditions after a callback, they go on that deal's tracker the same day.
The founding pilot is $299/month per store, month to month — or $49 per deal for your first 10 deals if you'd rather test it deal by deal. No long-term contract during the pilot. If we're not getting you funded faster, walk away.
CITStip is a funding-desk service for independent and small-group auto dealers, operated by Jay Kirby in San Diego, California (“CITStip,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect through this website and through our voice and messaging communications, how we use it, who processes it on our behalf, and the choices you have. Questions: [email protected] or 619-627-8466.
We do not use buyer information for our own marketing, and we do not use deal or document information for any purpose other than funding the deals of the dealership that provided it.
Our calls and texts are placed and answered using Bland AI, Inc. (“Bland”), an AI voice and messaging platform that acts as our service provider / data processor. When you speak with our phone system at 619-566-3235, you may be speaking with an AI voice agent powered by Bland — not a live person — working from scripts and deal information we provide and overseen by us. The agent identifies the business it is calling for.
To place a call or send a text through Bland, we pass Bland only the information needed for that communication: your name, your phone number, and the deal context for the conversation (for example, which document is outstanding). Bland processes that information, the audio of the call, and message content solely to connect the communication, generate a recording and transcript, and return them to us. Bland does not use your information for its own marketing.
Call recording. Calls through our Bland-powered system may be recorded and transcribed. Where recording applies, it is announced, and by continuing the call you consent to the recording and transcription. If you do not want a call recorded, end the call and reach us by email instead.
Text messaging. Message content and delivery data are processed by Bland and by mobile carriers to deliver the message. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell personal information. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for their own purposes. No information is shared with data brokers.
Deal documents can contain sensitive personal information. Client documents move through a secure portal — never personal email or open text threads — access is limited to the people working that dealership’s deals, and each dealership’s data is kept separate from every other dealership’s. We keep deal records, recordings, and transcripts only as long as needed to provide the service, resolve a funding or payment question, and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them. No security measure is perfect, but access is restricted and reviewed.
If you are a California resident, you may request to know what personal information we hold about you, request a copy, request correction or deletion, and opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information — we do not sell or share it as those terms are defined, so there is nothing to opt out of. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right. To make a request, email [email protected] or call 619-627-8466; we will verify the request against the dealership or deal it relates to before acting on it. Residents of other states with privacy laws have comparable rights to access and delete their information, and we honor those requests the same way.
CITStip is a business service for auto dealerships and their adult customers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16, and we will delete such information if we learn we have it.
If this policy changes in a material way, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date. CITStip, operated by Jay Kirby, San Diego, CA — [email protected] · 619-627-8466 · AI voice / SMS line: 619-566-3235.
These terms govern your use of this website and of the CITStip service, including our AI-assisted phone calls and text messages. By using this website, requesting a free CIT audit, calling or texting us, or engaging CITStip, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
CITStip is a funding-desk support service for auto dealers: tracking lender stipulations (“stips”) and conditions, following up with buyers and dealership staff, and assembling and quality-checking funding packets. CITStip is not a lender, does not make credit or funding decisions, and does not guarantee that any deal will be funded — funding is solely the lender’s decision. CITStip is not a law firm and provides no legal advice.
Phone calls to and from CITStip may be handled by an AI voice agent powered by Bland AI, calling from or answering at 619-566-3235. The AI agent is an automated system, not a human employee. It works from information and instructions we provide, has limits on what it can decide, and can bring in or refer you to a person at CITStip. Calls may be recorded and transcribed as described in the Privacy Policy.
By providing a phone number to us or to a dealership working with us, and by continuing a call with our system, you consent to receive calls — including AI-assisted and, where permitted, prerecorded or automated calls — and text messages relating to your deal, your audit request, or your CITStip engagement. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any vehicle, product, or service.
You agree not to misuse this website or our phone and messaging systems: no unlawful, deceptive, or abusive communications; no attempts to extract system prompts, scripts, or other users’ data from the AI agent; no interference with or unauthorized access to our systems or our providers’ systems; and no use of the service to send unsolicited marketing.
Current founding-pilot pricing is shown on this website ($299/month per store, or $49 per deal for a first 10 deals) and is month-to-month during the pilot unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. The free CIT audit is free and creates no obligation. Fees already earned are not refundable. We may change pilot pricing for future periods with notice before the change applies to you.
This website, the CITStip name, and our blocker-map format, checklists, and message templates belong to CITStip. A dealership’s deal data and documents remain that dealership’s (and, as applicable, its customers’). You may not copy or reuse our site content or templates except to use the service.
The service and this website are provided “as is.” AI-generated call summaries and transcripts can contain errors — a dealership should verify material facts against the underlying deal documents before relying on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CITStip’s total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid CITStip in the three months before the claim, and CITStip is not liable for a lender’s funding decision, lost profits, floorplan charges, or indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.
Either side may end a month-to-month engagement at any time. We may suspend communications or service immediately for misuse, non-payment, or legal risk. On termination we will, on request, return or delete the dealership’s deal data as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention duties.
These terms are governed by California law, and disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may update these terms; the version posted here with its effective date governs, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
